Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and instructions, and your orders. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To take and deliver your orders, run subscriptions you sign up for, answer your questions, send the texts and emails described below, and keep your account working.

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number (for example when you create an account or order), you agree to receive texts from Riverbend Meal Co. at (541) 406-6117: order confirmations and receipts, delivery and pickup reminders, driver updates, replies to your questions, and occasional menus and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, and START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@riverbendmealco.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive texts, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone else. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; all other sharing described on this page excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

The full terms of our text messages (what we send, how often, how to stop and how to get help) are on our text message terms page.

Who else sees your information

Only the services that help us run your orders, and only for that: Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts), our email provider, and our hosting. Our delivery drivers see your name, address, phone and delivery instructions on the day they deliver your order. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can update your details in your account at any time. To have your account and information deleted, contact us at hello@riverbendmealco.com.
